StayFit
A mixture of Boxing, Muay Thai, and Kickboxing techniques/drills to give you a high-paced, full body workout while also teaching you how to protect yourself.
Striking
We combine the techniques of Boxing and Muay Thai to give you the most well-rounded approach to striking. Great for all skill levels, these classes focus on the technical skills and application of proper techniques in a fight.
Jiu Jitsu (Adult/Youth)
Jiu Jitsu is a martial art that focuses on grappling and ground-fighting as self defense. Jiu Jitsu has become one of the fastest growing martial arts in the world, not only for self defense purposes, but also for MMA/competition. Our Jiu Jitsu program offers both Gi and No Gi training to both our youth (ages 4-14), and adult (15+) programs. These classes are great for all skill levels, regardless of whether you are a beginner or experienced practitioner.
Self Defense
We run an in depth self defense class bi-monthly, or per request. These classes teach you how to survive real world violent encounters using a combination of striking and grappling techniques. These classes are restricted to ages 13+.
